At FantasyRaveBraids, every braided ponytail is carefully handmade with love and quality in mind.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During new releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

🇺🇸 Free standard shipping is always included on all domestic U.S. orders.

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

International Orders

We proudly ship internationally! A flat shipping rate of $20.00 USD applies to all international orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. FantasyRaveBraids is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, FantasyRaveBraids is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
