Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of these items, all sales are final and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has shipped.

Please note: During transit, bubble sections may shift, flatten, or look slightly uneven when they arrive. This is normal and does not mean the item is damaged.

The good news — this is typically a quick and easy fix. I will provide a short tutorial video with simple steps to reshape and fluff the bubbles back to their intended look in just a few minutes.

Because minor shape changes caused by shipping are expected and easily correctable, these do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

If your order arrives with a true defect or significant damage beyond normal shipping compression, please contact me within 2 days of delivery and include photos so I can review and help. Thank you. 🙏🏼
